           Adderall (Amphetamine-Dextroamphetamine) is used as a stimulant and appetite suppressant. It stimulates the central nervous system (nerves and brain) by increasing the amount of certain chemicals in the body. This increases heart rate and blood pressure and decreases appetite.  Because of its stimulating effects it can excite under-excited brains to increase concentration.  Adderall is commonly used to treat narcolepsy and attention deficit disorder with hyperactivity (ADHD).  People with heart conditions and/or allergic reactions to adderall should not take it.  Side effects include restlessness or tremor;
anxiety or nervousness, headache or dizziness,insomnia, orimpotence or changes in sex drive.
