National Chemistry Week
October 19-25, 2003

The Earth's Atmosphere and Beyond!

This year's National Chemistry Week celebration will take place October 19-25 and the theme is "The Earth's Atmosphere and Beyond!"  The unifying event is titled "Honoring Innovators & Pioneers in Aviation & Atmospheric Chemistry".

This year, the Descriptive Inorganic class will prepare web pages that focus on those people responsible for allowing us to pursue the study of the Earth's atmosphere and beyond.  The pages will focus on the pioneers and innovators and showcase their inventions and their imaginations.  Each student will also prepare a three page PowerPoint presentation for their person they have chose to study.
