What is The Sims 2??
The SimsT 2 is a computer game in which you direct your Sims over a lifetime and mix their genes from one generation to the next. You set your Sims' goals in life; popularity, fortune, family, romance or knowledge. Give them a long, successful existence or leave their lives in shambles. Take them to extremes, from getting busted to seeing a ghost, from marrying an alien to writing a great novel.  One of the chemical compounds in the CD-Rom that The Sims 2 is on is copper phthalocyanine.

Copper Phthalocyanine (CuPC)

Copper Phthalocyanine is a blue colored dye.  It has a molecular weight of 576.08 and a melting point of 600° C.  The molecular formula for CuPC is C32H16CuN8.  It is one of many chemicals used in the production of CD-Roms.  This dye is used to tint everything from paint to plastic to inks, it is also used to create the bluish color on the recordable side of a CD.
